Our wooden wick candles are designed to deliver a beautiful fragrance experience and a gentle crackling ambiance. To ensure the best performance, please follow these care instructions:

Before Each Burn

✔ Trim or gently remove the charred portion of the wooden wick before relighting.

✔ Leave approximately 3-5 mm of wick exposed.

✔ This helps maintain a clean, even flame and prevents smoking.

First Burn Matters Most

✔ Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the vessel during the first burn.

✔ This helps prevent tunneling and promotes an even burn throughout the life of your candle.

Burn Time

✔ Burn your candle for 2-4 hours at a time.

✔ Avoid burning for more than 4 hours continuously.

Keep Away from Drafts

✔ Place your candle away from fans, air conditioners, open windows, and high-traffic areas.

✔ Drafts may cause uneven burning, flickering, and soot buildup.

If Your Wooden Wick Goes Out

✔ Allow the candle to cool.

✔ Remove any loose, charred wood from the wick.

✔ Relight while holding the flame against the wick for a few extra seconds until it establishes a steady burn.

Candle Safety

✔ Always burn within sight.

✔ Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials.

✔ Discontinue use when approximately 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
